Abstract

The title "Supply Chain Resilience and Risk Management" signifies a comprehensive exploration of the strategies and practices employed to ensure the robustness and adaptability of supply chains amidst various threats and disruptions. This paper delves into the complexities of supply chain resilience, examining both the inherent vulnerabilities and the measures that can be implemented to mitigate risks. The discussion covers a wide array of factors, including supplier relationships, inventory management, and contingency planning. By analyzing case studies and theoretical frameworks, the paper evaluates the effectiveness of different risk management techniques in enhancing supply chain resilience. It further argues for a holistic approach that integrates risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies to create a more resilient supply chain network. The findings suggest that organizations must invest in proactive risk management to safeguard their supply chains against unforeseen events and maintain operational continuity.
