Abstract

This paper investigates the relationship between different leadership styles and organizational performance. The study aims to explore how various leadership approaches, such as autocratic, democratic, and transformational styles, influence the effectiveness of an organization. By analyzing empirical data from a diverse range of industries, the paper seeks to identify patterns and correlations between leadership style and organizational outcomes, such as productivity, employee satisfaction, and financial performance. Findings indicate that transformational leadership, characterized by inspiring and motivating followers, tends to yield higher levels of organizational performance compared to autocratic or democratic leadership. The paper further discusses the implications of these findings for organizational management and offers practical recommendations for leaders seeking to enhance their leadership effectiveness and contribute to the success of their organizations.
