Abstract

The paper delves into the critical aspects of innovation and technology management, exploring the strategies and practices that organizations employ to foster innovation and effectively manage technological advancements. It discusses how the integration of innovative thinking and efficient technology management can lead to competitive advantages and sustainable growth. The study examines various methodologies, tools, and frameworks used in the management of technology, as well as the importance of fostering a culture of innovation within organizations. Key challenges, such as balancing innovation with operational efficiency and navigating the complex landscape of emerging technologies, are also addressed. The paper concludes with recommendations for managers and policymakers on how to create an environment conducive to innovation and technology-driven success.
