The present study explores the evolving trends in human resource management (HRM) within multinational corporations (MNCs). As global markets expand and businesses become more interconnected, HRM practices have been subject to significant changes. This paper aims to analyze the key trends shaping HRM in MNCs and their implications for organizational success. The research highlights the increasing importance of cultural diversity and global talent management strategies, as well as the integration of technology and data analytics to optimize HR processes. This study further examines the role of HRM in fostering employee engagement and retention, particularly in a global context. Findings suggest that MNCs are adopting more flexible and adaptive practices to address the complexities of managing a diverse workforce across various cultural and geographical boundaries. The paper concludes with a discussion on the future challenges and opportunities for HRM in multinational organizations.
